Every employee completes a 12-minute assessment, built on validated purpose and values-alignment research rather than generic engagement questions.

What it asks

Questions probe how an employee understands their own purpose at work, and how closely that matches what leadership has communicated.

How long it takes

12 minutes on average, on any device, with autosave so people can finish it in two sittings if needed.

Who sees what

Individual answers stay private. Only aggregated, anonymized results feed the map at the team level.
